Questions
Where does the data come from?
Only public sources: DNS, RDAP, Companies House, GLEIF, SEC EDGAR, the OFAC, UK and EU sanctions lists, and GDELT. Every answer names the source and the time it was retrieved.
Who can see my questions?
Your conversations are private to your account. You can delete them, or all your Cloud data, from Settings. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.
What counts as a message?
Each question you send uses one message, however many lookups it runs. A conversation holds up to 10 questions, then you start a new one.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Manage billing in your account. The membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
