14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of paying. To ask, email support@openosint.tech from the address of your account, or reply to your Gumroad receipt.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a period, and renewals are not refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Gumroad, which sells our plans as merchant of record, back to the payment method you used. They can take a few business days to appear. Once a refund is issued, your account returns to the Free plan.
